What can i do to keep my left hand from going down in boxing?

I've been in boxing for 4 years now, but i still cant seem to keep my left hand up, after the 2 or third round it just starts going down byitself. Any tips.....???

I heard about Tommy Morrison who was tested positive for HIV and couldn't get a boxing license in the USA and had his last fight in Japan (or something). Do professional boxers get reguarly tested for HIV and other diseases of that type. I mean if both fighters are cut in a fight you can see how easily something like that could be transmitted. I was just wondering if anyone knows if Boxers get tested
