As far as i know, unless you are pregnant or under going menopause, there is little difference in the training methods for female boxers.

The best nutritional Plan is to eat a balanced diet. Unless you have an up coming competetion then your foucs would be to cut weight and to carb-up(consume as much carbohydrates as possible).

From what i know, male and female athletes follow the same training regime. In fact, there are a couple of female fighters who i train with in the same gym and they follow the same exercises as the males do. Quite successfully at that.

My last suggestion to you is to get a coach who knows what he/she is doing. Your coach will be vital in teaching you what you need to know and it should be him/her to whom you should direct questions such as these.
If he/she doesn't have an answer, then you probably don't have a very good coach.
