I play for a travel team and i have two practices a week for two hours and a tournament around every other weekend. What is it that i can do to become a better basketball player and stay fit and healthy to play?

Do anyone know any good drills to improve jump shots/shooting form and my free throw shots? Also Im pretty skinny so Im not very strong is this a good regime to do to gain strength

4 sets of 40 push ups
5 sets of 100 crunches
3 sets of 30 squats
50 star jumps

any advise I could find usefull, prehaps also regarding diet etc?

you get to make trades, fa and all that stuff, cus your the boss of your team, and you compete against other nba teams. its goinga be fun. and this isnt fantasy basketball this site goes through all the phases of the nba from, like fa to the nba draft.

Why is he still with the Lakers?
Is it because he can hit the big shots when they need 'em?
Because other than that, I don't see any reason they're keeping him

i would lean toward's Tim Duncan since he's the anchor of the best defensive team in the NBA. Bruce bowen's defense is better because he has Duncan to protect the middle. It seems like their is no clear cut front runner for this year's award.

psych. all u jockers need to too get off his nuts. u clowns would probally pay thousands of dollars to get the towel. how much would you spend to be with him for one night freaks. the guy can score. he is a cancer he is the to of basketball. he will never win another championship. even with kidd or garnett. he will kill there game because nobody on the court dare to try to overshadow him. gilbert did him nasty so he got bitter. same with d wade. carmello and james too. all kobe could do is cry to the officials like it is there fault. the guy is a cry baby. what do u think?
