Cinderella...because the tournament is called the big dance, and a fairy tale team is usually a small school that gets in and beats the powerhouse schools, thus the name Cinderella.

It means that if you are #1 in the nation but, if your team chokes, like wisconsin they were#4 and they lost to#25 UNLV thats technically what it means.
