I guess to help you with jump shots, is to have a friend of yours under the basket passing you the ball everytime you shoot, then you catch and shoot, work on that for about 1 hour everyday is possible. Pay real good attention to your shot, then you'll be able to figure out how soft or hard your shot should be...worked for me.

As far as the weight thing goes. I'm 6'2 155 I've been tossed around on courts like a ragdoll, but I don't do weights at all, because you can't win a game by strength alone, you need talent. so you just keep working on your game and your talent will outmatch their strength.

All of that is good but you shouldn't do strength training with out cardio. You should be running long distances (no less than 4 miles) and sprints (quarter miles). To add on to your list you should also do squats, and calf presses. You should alternate run day and strength day 6 days a week leaving 1 day to let your body heal. As far as you diet you should cut fried food out, eat more veggies and fruits, on your day off of doing nothing or day before your game eat pasta. This should be good for you to get started.
