He was at the Indians game openly wearing a Yankees hat and supporting them. What a moron. He's not even from New York City. I wouldn't even root for him anymore in Cleveland if I lived there. What a tacky thing to do, especially when the Indians are playing the Yankees in a playoff series.

Lying about this type of behavior, taking steroids, is harmful to our kids who idolize athletes. Barry Bonds also said he thought he was taking flax seed oil and he is still playing baseball here in San Francisco with the Giants. I think he ought to face up and take it like a man.

Alright, so I have heard that it is possible Tom Glavin could be coming to Atlanta this year. It's a toss up between the Braves or staying with the Mets. What do you think of a rotation of Smoltz, Glavin, Hudson, Hampton(Granted he is healthy), and James. And how would that hold up in the NL East? Or will they trade pitching to get a center fielder?

I have been trying to not like the Cubbies ever since I realized the curse is real becawz Bartman. I dont want to go my entire life without seeing my favorite baseball team win a world series. Anybody ever trained themself to not like a team before? I really want to like a team like Boston or Oakland or something, heck even my sworn enemy, the Cardinals. Basically, the Cubs have been pissed on by god even more latley with the Red Sox, White Sox ending their curses, then the Cardinals winning it all. Now the Rockies or DBacks of all teams will win the title.

Please, I have suffered long enough, and I dont want to be a Cubs fan anymore.

THIS IS NOT A JOKE QUESTION.

Do you think hypnosis would work? I have accepted the Cubs will never win a championship. Murphy's law and god seem to be one in the same when it comes to the Cubs.

Should I try hypnosis or is it dangerous?

I have even gone to the games of other teams (White Sox, Diamondbacks) and cheered for them. Doesnt work!!

Please, we all know that the playoffs are a new thing to most of you, many having just crawled out of the gutter in 2004. But theres these few simple facts I must remind you all of before you go yammerin about how the yankees "suck"

As for the Red sux fans, I know you're all new to this sport we call baseball, but please....read these statistics I have given you and compare to some other teams before you determine who "sucks". I know a certain team who, as you say, "sucked" for 86 years. Any guesses on who?

I used to be a diehard Yankees fan. I started following their games in 95, not because they were the Yankees but because the games were shown on the only channel that had a clear image on my television - no, I did not have cable nor satellite but an antenna. Well, as you all know the Yankees were not a team of All Stars but a team that showed plenty of heart. Bernie, Tino, Cone, Jeter, Girardi, Rivera, and Brosious were my hereos. Once that team began to be disassembled, Steinbrenner (Yankees owner) started transforming the team to a team of All Stars. I still followed and felt sadness when I would see them lose - specially in the ALCS vs. the Red Sox in 2004. Right after that, however, I had a change of heart. The Yankees had signed Randy Johnson and I just despised them for it. I mean they were taking all the best players from all the other teams. It didn't seem fair. From that time on, I have started rooting against them. What do you think of this?

Every year they always choke in the playoffs, yet people keep living in the past and talking about their experience and acting like they've accomplished something everytime they make a run like they did the past month. Last year, the Tigers didn't have any playoff experience, but that didn't mean squat as they dominated the yankees in the first round.
