Let's see...

DiMaggio, six times -- 1937-38-39-40-41 and 1948

Kluszewski, four times -- 1953-54-55-56

Mize twice -- 1947-48

Gehrig twice -- 1934 and 1936

Berra twice -- 1952 and 1956

Once each -- Al Simmons, Andy Pafko, Barry Bonds, Ken Williams, Lefty O'Doul, Mel Ott, Stan Musial, Ted Williams, and (the one probably no one has heard of) Willard Marshall of the 1947 NY Giants.

Rogers Hornsby had one season where his HR equaled his Ks at 39.
