Evidence is last nights Mets/ Braves game where Atlanta's second baseman clearly dropped ball but runner was called out, and tonight Yankees/ Red Sox, There was clearly no tag applied in the 1st inning to Coco Crisp. I'm sick of seeing bad calls, don't these guys make big bucks?

The Red Sox got 30 wins in their first 43 games this season...just curious who has done it faster? As of right now, the best any other team has is 28 wins, while the Bosox have 31.

I was just curious. When a team tavels to another city, let say red sox travel to NY Yankess who pays the red sox travel expensises. And do the Red sox get any part of the ticket sales from the games played, also doese the home team make hotel booking for the road team.

ok...heres my situation i have three players, which should i start: Chris Duncan, Ryan Theriot or Curtis Granderson? In my roto league im 2nd in home runs, and 1st in RBI's and 7th in stolen bases, but i just recently picked up Shane Victorino off of waivers for his stolen bases, and he is already in my lineup along with Julio Lugo and Brandon Phillips who is also good for a few stolen bags. Considering i JUST picked Victorino up a few days ago, should i put power (Duncan)in my util spot to keep my high rank, or do i need to raise my stolen bases by putting in Granderson (has some power) or Theriot (seems to be slumping).

They have a balanced lineup and bullpen, decent
bench players, and a very good starting rotation. Can anyone catch them?

You are Scott Rolen. You are playing fantasy baseball and have yourself and Alex Rodriguez on your team.

Do you start yourself over A-Rod or do you bench yourself?

(You're both facing "OK" pitchers)

Ok so far both have sucked and I have both on my team... Im pretty sure they'll both have a torrid second half and bounce back. Zimmerman is already doing a bit better but I need to empty a spot on my roster soon. Should I wait it out until Atkins starts to hit or should I drop him and stay with Zimmerman the rest of the year?

The NFL says, "Yes."

Should all other sports simply admit that humans are flawed and give recognition to people like Charlie Hustle...or, is gambling on your game while you're still in it a banishing offence, period?

When a player hits a HR it is counted towards his career HR total. If the same players hits an “in the park HR”, it counts towards the same career count. How many “in the park” and how many “out side the park HRs” does Barry Bonds have? I see the “in the park HR” record as an honorable stat. If the “in the park HR” did not count towards the career HR record who would be the HR King? And who would be the “in the park HR” King?

How many games out do the Yankees have to be before we officially call them dead? Because they are 10 1/2 back of Boston, and seven games out in the Wild Card, with 5 teams ahead of them, and one tied.
I don't believe they can come back. Boston is too good, and Detroit and Chicago are better teams than New York. Stick a fork in them. Another year with no title.

Mussina had a poor outing yesterday. He is supposed to be one of the star pitchers. Who can the Yankees rely on to give them good starting pitching if they want to catch up with the Red Sox?

the team has an overinflated payroll, but thats part of a game with no salary cap, but why is the bandwagon so large to encompass the whole country? I mean if i were a yankee fan (which i am not) i would be pissed off about all these idiots wearing their lime green NY jerseys and red NY hats that can't even name 10 players.

I'm asking because I was really shocked from the ratings of last year's world series which were very high.

The previous year with the White Sox and Astros was the lowest in MLB history.

Could you imagine if the Red Sox were in the NL and at some point they met the Yankees in the world series what the ratings for that would be like?

After a homerun, what is the thing most likely to happen with the next batter? As in, is that batter struckout, hit a single, double, triple, homer?
