You are Scott Rolen. You are playing fantasy baseball and have yourself and Alex Rodriguez on your team.

Do you start yourself over A-Rod or do you bench yourself?

(You're both facing "OK" pitchers)

If I were Scott Rolen I would put myself in. However, everyone else in the world would put in A-Rod.

Depends on how badly you want to win the league. Even Scott Rolen would say that year vs year A-Rod will end up putting up better #'s than he would and so if your goal is to win the league, start A-Rod. If you are completely against this, as others have suggested, trade A-Rod and make your team better by trading someone you really aren't going to plan on ever playing (A-Rod) for someone that you can play at one of the positions that is currently weaker on your team.

First of all, I don't think Scott Rolen should be playing fantasy baseball- but that's a different story. I hope he plays himself and tries to hit as well as he can. Who is other third baseman would be is irrelevant. Sorry to preach here because I know you're asking the quesiton for fun,

A-Rod is the best fantasy player in the league right now. If you're going to start yourself, at least trade Rodriguez for another great player.

Start A-Rod. I just plain don't like Scott Rolen.

With a professional players ego, you would of traded A Rod the moment you drafted him and traded him for A Pul.

well u would b inclined to put one at 3b and one at utility, but lets say that u have hafner at utility (he can't go anywhere)....trade A-rod, u could get anybody in the game for him right now...but how stupid would u have to be to use ur first rd pick on A-rod and then take ur-self w/out planning on starting urself
