As much as I've hated that S.O.B, I have to say I'm pulling for him as of now as Barry Bonds gets ready to set another tainted record. Does Anyone else think Arod has a shot at 73? What about him hitting 800 homeruns for his career?

So that thing they do in the movies, where they pretend the pitcher has the ball, but like really the shortstop has the ball, and he walks up to the runner and they talk and then he's like "PWN3D!" and tags him out... that's actually a balk, right? o_o

I don't know if I was seeing things, but I could have sworn that several years ago on t.v., I saw a major league pitcher throwing several pitches to the batter that intentionally bounced on the ground and then into the strike zone. He threw a couple in a row. Is it even legal? Was I dreaming?

Ty Cobb of course hitter over 4000 hits during his career in early baseball era..
Ichiro Suzuki proved himself as the best Contact hitter today
n even Pete Rose...who was banned from MLB for a life time, but he is and still has the most hits in career than anybody else...

Who do you think is the best CONTACT hitter in MLB history?

Which team is the biggest rival for the Angels? Any rivalry similar to New York Yankees vs. Boston Red Sox or Los Angeles Dodgers vs. San Francisco Giants, meaning it has a bit of history and bad blood in it?

Hank Aaron was the greatest Home run hitter... Without STEROIDS!!! Barry Bonds is the greatest home run hitter... On STEROIDS!!! What happened to Roger Maris when he broke the home run record in game 161 or whatever... They put an astrict by his name.

I mean I like the guy, but all I want is an astrict by his name, the record doesn't even have to show he used steroids.

Can I get a amen!

It's been reported that Brett Myers is moving to the bullpen, which means that Jon Lieber will probably return to the starting rotation. Is this a good move? bad move? does it even matter if you think the season is already lost? And why do the Phillies consistently remind us even when we have more hope than ever that they are the worst franchise in the history of sports?
