Before proceeding, read this article (http://mlb.mlb.com/NASApp/mlb/news/article.jsp?ymd=20070111&content_id=1777148&vkey=news_mlb&fext=.jsp&c_id=mlb)

With everything else that's happened in the last few years, now we have this report that Barry not only tested positive for amphetamines, but attempted to blame it on a team mate. This is wrong on at least 3 different levels.
1. Given how much scrutiny Bonds is under, he's stupid to take anything even questionable.
2. Even assuming it was something given by a team mate, he should be more careful about what he puts in his body.
3. Blaming a teammate does nothing but hurt the entire team - even if it's true.

Forget about records and asterisks. I think it's time for Barry to be out of the game so fans, players, coaches, teams, writers, and everyone else can move on.

I'll still be cheering when Barry does something to helps the Giants. But I'll also be thinking about who else they might have gotten for 16 million.

Comparing his stats with other HOF shortstops, he should be eventually inducted, even by the Veterans Commitee.

Does Mark McGwire belong in the Hall of Fame? How does a guy like Goose Gossage get more votes every year, even though his stats remain the same?

Me and my friend had a good idea of selling bottled water and maybe peanuts before the baseball games downtown, but we are worried we would need a lincense or permit to sell?

Does anyone know how that would work?

Seems to me that today's players have no excuse whatsoever for making an error with the epuipment they have at their disposal. It boggles my mind how the players of yesteryear ever did it!

I was extatic to see Don Baylor go, Skeptical to see Dusty, now I don't know what to think. I maybe crazy but, what the hell happened to Davey Johnson and why has he fallen of the globe? I hope he's not dead, I'd feel pretty stupid praying all that time that they would find him.
