First off this is a great question! The answer is yes in womens softball...and you need to get a sex change and still work very hard! If you are talking baseball unless you are 15 and can throw a breaking ball that buckels hitters knees and bring the gas plus 90 mph and have pin point accuracy and can paint the black of the plate at will forget it! All the hard work in the world can not make of for natural talent....
