A-Rod is the highest paid baseball player. However, he is a has been, a complete washout and a disgrace to the sport of baseball. He is playing like a sub-par minor leaguer. He can't perform in clutch situations. How does it feel to have inherited such a useless ball player?

Willie Randolf was marvelling last night about the amazing catch that Carlos Beltran made in center field in the 9th inning to save the game against the Astros. He said, "It was an unbelievable catch. He just went all out, sacrificed his body and that's why he's one of the great players in the game. It's what I love about my team - they go all-out."

It's what I love about the Mets too. They go all out and they never give up. What do you love about your favorite team?

The Cleveland Indians have recently showed remarkable improvement with a solid core of young players, young but now experienced pitchers and now a new closer, although unproven.
I say that they are the team to beat in 07! Go Tribe!!!

For calls, in other areas of play than the home plate ball-strike zone, should the manager of a baseball team be allowed to have a call made by an empire reviewed and if the call stands, that team be charged with an out.

Would it serve any purpose to challenge the call of an empire during a baseball game?

And, what about the strike zone...should/could a pitch be challenged by instant replay.
