I'm an avid Tigers fan. And for the first time in my memerable life (25 years old) the Tigers are playing good - for more then a game or two. Not to bash your team - but are you conserned about games agaist the Tigers --- similar to your (& my) consern about Yankee or Sox (either) games?

As a coach some of my players want to slide head first. I do not want this since I feel it is dangerous. The players think that they can get to the bag faster sliding head first rather than sliding in a conventional manner. What are your feelings on this?

my name is cody lehasky, i graduated from dunedin high school in dunedin florida
i play outfield,catch, and also pitch. my choices are limited in florida,
because of so many players. i just want to play baseball. i have a great arm, run bases very well,( 60 yd in 6.8 to 7.0 ) and finshed up with 4 home runs. so far i have some juco's looking at me, but i have relatives that live in wva, moundsville, so it would be nice to be close .
