Is it feasible that A-Rod will ever suceed in a Yankee uniform and win a World Championship in my lifetime?

He better for his sake. The fans are tired of him not stepping it up during the playoffs. A-Rod was like that when he played for the M's and the Rangers. It is very possible that A-Rod can win a championship but he needs to look deep down inside of himself. If he don't make the WS and most likely a trade will be possible. A-Rod chances of going to the Fall Classic will be very moot.

During the playoffs? Alex Rodriguez is consistently coming up short in the late innings with runners in scoring position almost every other night. Torre says that he puts too much pressure on himself. The fans' constant booing isn't helping, either.

The fact is that A-Rod still isn't very comfortable in New York, at least not as comfortable as he was in Texas. He won't truly "succeed" until he has won a World Championship; not because of his own sense of achievement, but because of his acceptance by the New York fan base.
