its the curse hands down because they didn't let the goat in to wrigley field

Cubs ownership doesn't care about winning. As long as Wrigley Field is sold out, they profit. If the team wins in the play-offs, the players will want big raises. So, management would prefer a team that contends but fades away in late September. Plus it is run by a corporation. Try getting a whole group of people to agree to something.

Well I'm a HUGE Astro's fan. But i do like the cubs. I think their problem is their coach. He's just not the best coach there every was. Another problem is the team. To me they just don't got what it takes to win a World Series

Bad ownership, bad management and bad coaching.

They were on the cusp a couple of years ago...

The blame Bartman... rather than the fact that their team choked when they had the chance.

Where was the manager of the team... wasn't it his job to calm them down?
