I've just watched a video dedicated to fallen F1 heros and wondered what steps the sport has taken to stop such injuries occuring today.

Athletes who are athletic compete in sports...you dont have to be athletic to drive a car, so nascar drivers arent athletes....so how is this a sport? yeah, i know it takes skill...but so does chess, checkers and poker and those arent sports.

I would like someone to try and convince me why NASCAR is a sport and not a game (like poker)

Would you go to (a) Ferrari and be No2 or beat an ageing ex-champ or (b) stay at McLaren and deal with un-finn-ished business (beat Alonso in equal machinery)? No pun intended haha

Mild Seven contract finishes at the end of this year, Telefonica (with Alonso) won't stay with Renault nor go with Alonso to McLaren (Vodafone with mcLaren next year). I read an article (http://www.grandprix.com/ns/ns17396.html) which talked about possible partnership with UPS (United Parcel Service?). Apparently, the colours of UPS (and R27) are brown and white!!!!
Can you imagine Flavio walking around in brown and white?

If there were 2 4x4 Dodge Rams, and the weight of the 2 trucks were made to be the same (Automatic trannys, syncronized shifting).
One has a Turbodiesel fixed up to 650 Hp, but the other one ALSO has 650 Hp, BUT is a fixed up 350 Ci V8 Gasoline motor. What will the race be like?

I was looking into going the Sept. 24th Nextel Cup race at Dover International Speedway and I was wondering what some of the best seats are. Right now I am looking at section 117 Row 56-57 in turn 4. Are these good seats?

I don't understand why they would let Nextel Cup drivers take the spots in Bush series that could be for new drivers starting out. The Cup drivers have already had their big break!

Which finalises their lineup ( Fisichella in case you'd forgotten!). What does this mean for Kimi? If Michael stays, he might not want Kimi as a teammate. Any thoughts? Look here

I am a big fan of Bobby Labonte, still rooting for him in his new ride, the #43 car owned by Petty. I think after a couple years, this team will be one to reckon with. What do you think?
