If you have a bike to ride, call your local dealership and ask about nearby tracks. Then call the track and ask if they have any beginning MX classes.

Many local pros put on very good classes as a way to make a little extra money, and help new riders get involved in the sport.

There's no website that can teach you how to race - riding is a skill, and needs to be learned on the track and trail.

There are some good websites for track and general MX info though - check these out:

http://www.moto-kids.com/
http://www.racerxill.com/
http://www.ama-cycle.org/
http://www.supercross.com/
http://www.amamotocross.com/

Find a course in your area here:

Another excellent way to learn is to find a local rider that's older and better skilled than you, and ask him to help you out. He/she will be able to not only give you pointers on riding, but also the proper gear to buy, great places to ride, training tips, and much more.
