What are the best seats at Dover International Speedway?

I was looking into going the Sept. 24th Nextel Cup race at Dover International Speedway and I was wondering what some of the best seats are. Right now I am looking at section 117 Row 56-57 in turn 4. Are these good seats?

All the seats are good at Dover - being a small track.
Turn 4 is the best - was there in June - sat on turn 4 - if there's any action, it will be right in front of you - loved it!
