Aside from the obvious way you sit on one, what real difference does it make when it comes to your workout. I know the upright ones are harder on my back since there is no support, but will it make a difference either way?

I'm interested in trying out mixed martial arts, and I'd like to know if there's any schools in New Jersey that are close in Central Jersey (Edison, Metuchen, New Brunswick, etc...) that have mixed martial arts or something other than tae kwon do at least. Prefer something that isn't "family fun oriented" and is more mature and mainly for adults.

The Titans had their down years. We thought this was going to be great off-season in free agency signings. Instead our outlook for next season looks like it could be worse than a year ago. Please tell me what their plans are as far as RB, WR, and DB/S. I prefer answers that have some credit behind them. I dont want answers that are suggestions or what fans might "hope" to happen.
