There are people who absolutly hate the "bad guys" in wrestling. I know that the why they act are stupid, and you don't like what they do, but what is wrestling without is bad guys? The bad guys that I like are Mr. Kennedy, Kenny(a little) and Randy Orton. Who do you like?

I have cheerleaded sence middle school and all through high school. I am thinking about cheering on my collage team. Does anyone here cheer on a collage team? Is it hard to make it?

every day for 45 minuites i do the folowing work outs:

monday wednesday friday
i go to the weight gym

tuesdays
bleachers
5 laps arround big gym

thursdays
5 laps arround Big gym
footwork (its like jump roping with out a rope but longer and harder and not so fancy)

every day
20 push ups (im not sayin there good)
25 sit ups
+ this is on top of those things above

Finally we come down to it at last...the pinacle of talent, the reason why we watch the regular season.... THE SUPERBOWL. I know it has been a long season and my favorite team (Jets) have been eliminated, but i personally believe that the Colts will win, not because they have the best quarterback in the NFL, nor because they have the second best defense in the superbowl (ha ha ha), but because Rex Grossman can not throw the ball. Sure, the Bears have an incredible defense, but you can't win the Superbowl on defense alone.

I have my money on the Colts.

He won the All-American Dunk Contest in 2001 (see youtube for the clip, he had the sickest dunk ever to win it all) and after Robinson or whoever that short guy is won it last year we need a real dunker, not someone who tries 17 times and wins anyway

i'm 15, and i;ve decided to join the track team for my high school this spring. i used to be a VERY good runner when i was younger, and i was wondering if anyone could help me out and give me some tips on what i should do at the gym, or wherever, so i can get caught up with the rest of the kids.
