What happened to Odell Thurman?

I havent heard his overrated name all season long and was wondering what happened to him, i thought he was suspended but not sure, and also wat happened with mike alstott, i thought he retired but not sure.

he was suspended for drugs early in the season and happened to get arrested during his suspension so they kept him out for the year.
