is it normal for basketball players to sometimes not play well? i play basketball every day except weekends and a month ago i could sink my open shots and rebound pretty well and play well generally. but now i dont feel like im improving, my shots are never going in anymore and i airball a lot, is that normal? what could be causing the inconsistency?
