Its just that I have always wanted to learn how to do one an could someone please tell me how to train my body to do them!

u can start to do backbends and that will help you by when u swing back to do the back hand spring its like going into a backbend and then when u get that down. you could go into backbend and then kick over and land on ur feet. once u get that u could try fliping back into a backbend and like kicking over all in one wit no stops.

well you need to do sit-ups and develop arm strength via push ups do squats and in addition you must do bridgeing that's where you lie flat on the ground and lift your self in an "arch" line way and you are supported by your arms and feet

it should do fine plus watch videos of people doing back hand springs and analyze it
