I've been watching baseball for years but some situations still have me baffled:
1. What if the batter swings and it's strike 3 but he gets hit by the pitch, Is he out or is he awarded 1st base?
2. What would happen if a fan reached out and caught a fly ball that is in fair territory? Is it a ground rule double or is the batter out?
3. The ball is hit and the ball hits an umpire (in fair territory) . Is the ball in play?
4. To make the game as fair as possible, I think instant replay should be allowed with certain limits. Do you think instant replay should be used in baseball? Why or why not?

I want to get a new rifle for huniting in Wyoming this fall. Mule Deer and Antelope are the target.. I use a Rem. 30-06 semi-auto, but I would like to buy a decent bolt action rifle to use for this trip?

What should I get? If you are wondering, Money is an object... So, what is a decent rifle/size to take? I have looked at a .743, but I am just not knowlegeable to make this call.

What do you think? I prefer to get a rifle/scope package...

Bubbles attacked the woman who she thought was Paris Hilton wearing a hooded jacket. As bubbles was winning against the hooded woman former champion Lita came out to distract the Ref. Meanwhile Paris comes out from under the ring & hit Bubbles with a champagne bottle & knocked bubbles out. The hooded woman left the ring took her hood off & was revealed it was her sister Nicky Hilton. Paris coveres Bubbles for the 1-2-3 & we have a new Woman's champion. :P After the match the Hilton sisters & Lita celebrated in the ring & poured champagne over the Bubbles face. Paris grabs the mike saying how proud she is that she's the new champion & reminded the crowd to be sure to watch her next reality show series coming soon. :P

I just had my 18 ft. rd. pool installed 9-16. I have filled the water level in the pool to about 6 inches below the skimmer. We will not be getting in the pool this year. My question is, do I have to add all chemicals to the pool and get it to swimming condition and then add the winterizing kit chemicals and close it???
