I understand its about technique.but if someone worked out like a motherf****er, gained mass,muscle and (naturally) became stronger, would'nt they perform better,balance easier(due to great lower bodystrength) and hit harder than someone with good technique.I ask because I took time off of a martial arts school for this reason (im obviously slim).

I support Italy and was disgusted to see all the dumbest and stupidest accusations Tozurs has brought against Italy. Most of his questions are related to Italy and how they cheat and dive which are all baseless. Juventina has posted a question about Tozours and has accused that individual to be a terrorist on that question. My question is : if she thinks Tozours is so awesome and nice, someone whom she really respects and likes, why does she have to put this question out at first place ? I can throw pretty hard already, but I want to be able to hit people in the foot quickly and efficiently so they don't see it coming. Any tips on the mechanics of throwing a fastball? Any unconventional throwing styles or tips that work? Lay 'em on me. Most thorough and helpful response wins 10pts and a dodgeball to the face! :-)

Oh, and a tip for accuracy couldn't hurt either. Thanks!

I ask this in "Baseball" because there might be pitchers out there that can beam people really good with a dodgeball like Randy Johnson did in that RightGuard deoderant commercial. The green balls are like the power stripe!
