i am not saying that they wont win a lot of games. they may even go undefeated. but they have by far the easiest schedule of all teams that play in a bcs confrence. just because they might go undefeated does not mean that they deserve to be a top five team.

GO BUCKS!!!!!

They have a good running attack, but their defense is questionable. They almost blew their bowl game last season after being up 28-0. WV has the easiest schedule of all the top 25 teams. I've read that some teams with one loss may hop over West Virginia because of their weak schedule. I'd much rather see a one loss Florida State team in the national championship game than an undefeated West Virginia. I don't like Florida State, but I think they would be more deserving. Just using them as an example.

How can you say that. West Virginia runs the spread offence like a great art master piece. That offense is so great running the football, it's just unbelievable. At most W. Virginia is losing 1 game.

They may very well go undefeated all season. Look at USC each year though. They play in a weak conference and therefore everyone sees them blow out weak teams and think they deserve to be in the title game. Playing one tough game a year is easy on any team. The only tough game USC plays all year long may be Notre Dame. And honestly who knows how they will be this year. So my point being their is always a few teams who play nobody and wind up playing in the BCS title game. We need a real playoff system developed.

They aren't overrated in terms of the talent on the field and what they can do, but the schedule will be their undoing.

Then again, Ohio State isn't getting out of September unbeaten.

Their schedule is cake! If they can't go undefeated they shouldn't even finish in the top 25!!
