He's been pitching terrible and costed the white sox a loss with the Angels with the bases loaded cause he acted like he was going to throw to first base which the bases were loaded. Why would he do that?

Or do the promoters tell the wrestlers what they want? I realize some guys have really obvious characters based on their ethnic background etc. and Dutch Momberg became Killer Karl Krupp precisely because he detested Nazis. However, does the typical young guy just starting out come up with something and then try to sell it, or does the promoter say, "we want heel who is tax autditor", etc.?

I know angle isn't an ECW original, but he fits well. And for once, we will actualy get an all ECW main event in Sabu vs Kurt Angle for the # 1 contender spot. It should be a good match. personally, i want c.m. punk to move up to the main event scene soon.
