Hank Aaron leads the all time 'career' home run tally, 2nd is barry bonds who just passed "the babe"

Barry bonds holds the record for most home runs in a season. Followed by mark mc gwire, sammy sosa, and roger maris

hank aaron, although this was mostly because he played in a hitter friendly park, and had a ton of at-bats. if willie mays had played on the teams, and had the extra 2000 at-bats hank had; who do you think would be the all-time leader then? but anyways, barry bonds will soon be the leader if MLB will stop targeting him down and let him play.
