I have been entered by my cifu in a martial arts tournament for beginners. Its semi contact. I have not fought properly before even in semi contact. My main weaknesses are power (I weigh only 145) anyway), flexability and endurance. Any relavent tips?

I personally think that Albert Pujols is one of the most over rated players in the game today. Also, I think that Ryan Howard, Alfonso Soriano and Carlos Beltran will hit more homeruns than him. My personal favorites are Soriano and Beltran. What you think?

He was fired because he paid an ineligible recruit $6000 to help his family in war torn Serbia. Now he isn't blameless and he didn't show the best judgement but the hypocricy here is breathtaking. Does anybody really think OSU would have canned him if he were coming off a Final Four appearance rather than a losing season? That school was more than happy to look the other way when RB Maurice Clarett was pulling his schenanigans and winning them a Nat'l Championship. And the NCAA? They make billions off these kids but heaven forbid you buy them dinner at Pizza Hut. Now O'Brien (who had a sterling reputation for ethical programs and graduating kids) would have to have any prospective employer go before the NCAA for the next 5 years if they want to hire him. Coaches who have done far worse (Jerry Tarkanian, Eddie Sutton for example) never had to deal with that. Is that fair?

Here's what I mean. Hockey's champoinship, The Stanley Cup, was broadcast on the Outdoor Life and Nature network. (I think that's what OLN means) Which some people don't have. Hockey has no game of the week or anything on broadcast TV. Meanwhile, Arena Football shows up on NBC every week, and it's champoinship is also on NBC. Doesn't that say something.
