OK so I've been trying to bulk up for about a year to no avail (weight training and diet modification all suggested by a trainer), I've put on about 3lbs over twelve whole months.
So I've been thinking....at the moment I am at University, leaving to go home in 3 weeks.
So how about I scrap the exercise for these last three weeks and basically spend my time eating as much as I can, purely to put on weight.
THEN, get back home in July and start the weights again at the local gym, all the while eating literally as much as I can without making myself ill.
Would this initial all food/no exercise 3 weeks give me a starting boost?
