I think if god exists, his plan might be something like this:
create earth, provide sustenence for man, make man, give him knowledge, give him a set of rules, and move on to something else. If he is "our father", and when we are in "his house", we go over the set of rules he gave us (the bible), wouldnt he want us to leave the house and be on our own eventually? What do you think?

If you think animals don't have any souls
why do you pray for them?
My crazy religious (Christian) neighbor said
animals don't have souls as soon as she saw my
new Siamese cat she said she would pray for him.
Because he had a sneezing problem with the booger
flying and all. If you believe animals don't have any souls
and they are just shells then why would you pray for one?

"The church says the earth is flat, but I know that it is round, for I have seen the shadow on the moon, and I have more faith in a shadow than in the church."

Catholics: Do you think Protestants are hellbound?
Protestants: Do you think Catholics are hellbound?

Bonus question: If you said no, then what is the point of there being a division between Catholic or Protestant churches?

Bonus question #2: If you said yes, is God more offened by an atheist, or the person who joined the counterfeit Christianity?

Please give explaination for your answer.
