Scientists have said chance as an explanation to all life on Earth.
There is no point in denying Evolution, because Evolution is based on concrete facts and evidence and Evolution is TRUE.

What I am asking is that the Scientists have discovered certain planets which have the capability to support life, yet they cannot
see any lifeforms their.
So will it be fair to say that out of the very few planets that can support life very few planets actually have biological lifeforms.

Another Question, Why cant the Hubble Telescope or any other device focus on a planets surface(very closely) so that it can see small organisms like plant like or Algae

Does anyone in the bible know where they talk about fornication. I've heard preachers all my life say that is sex before marriage (thats the definition) is a sin.

(My road map....) In Corinthians where Paul speaks about ridding yourself of sexual immorality, he was actually preaching from the old Jewish law sence that is all he had to preach from at the time (The Old Testament, The New Testament hadn't been put together yet). No where in Levitical law does is say sex before marriage is wrong. Or is it somewhere obscure that I haven't looked.

(Bigger picture) Has the church created a lie to me, or does someone have facts to back up the 'fornication' theory.

(I'm just trying to uncover the truths in the bible...please don't slam me)

Let's move on.
We already knew christianity was a farce, this simply confirms it.
Now, let's get those atheist scientists back to doing things that are truly meaningful and valuable for people: curing diseases, feeding the poor, etc...

Do you really think you should believe in some higher being that noone can prove even exists? Do you really think hes real after dinosaurs have scientifically been proven? Do you let a spirit control your life for you? Do you think that if you sin and ask for forgiveness, you should be pardoned of it? no matter what? Do you really think he loves us all? Yet we all are so damn scared of not being loved...
Do you really think your religion is real if it was indeed made by man, who hath sinned over and over again?
Also, Christianity came to the world many years after Hinduism and Buddhism... (2968 to be exact)
Why do all religions contradict each other? ex: You shouldnt believe in any other god, or worship anything other than this god... blah blah blah...
The Bible, The Koran... They were written by Man....

Do you really have so much false hope and faith that you believe in swiss cheese?
I just dont get it...
I choose to believe in logic...
Agnosticism is the way to go...
Dont you agree

Where he dreamed the Pope and the Cardinals and Bishops and all the Church was on a big ship that was anchored between two huge pillars and on one was the Holy Eucharist and on the other was the Blessed Mother. There was a great war going on but, the other boats that were much smaller and shabbier were sinking and other boats that weren't the enemies but, were clearly other Church's were trying to anchor their boats to the big ship of the Church to escape damage. The other attacking boats were sinking and crashing and all kinds of stuff. Can you see this is happening now. Where other Church's have a problem with gay clergy and everything else the Orthodox part of their Church's are trying to come back to the Catholic Church being united under the Pope. It's kind of exciting really. What do you think?

Recently, I have begun to develop a nagging suspicion that God's insistence on abstinence before marriage is little more then one of his cruelest jokes.

While it certainly is noble for those individuals who can attract that interest of the opposite sex to make the conscious choice to wait until marriage to consummate their love, there are others who abide by this edict, not by choice, but because we are, and will never be, able to attract the interests of the opposite sex. Such individuals, including myself, were cursed, by God, with physical defects that make us absolutely unappealing to women and make Gods requirement of pre-marital absence seem more like mockery.

It just seems cruel that God would insist on abstinence before marriage knowing that he has created individuals who do not have a choice in the matter and will likely never be able to find a woman who is willing to love them.

I just lost my dog of 14 years and Im having a really hard time dealing with the grieving process. Im a practicing catholic but unfortunatly have found no relief in my faith. When a person dies you have the comfort of thought that someday you will be reunited and that death while sad is only temporary. Unfortunatley I have lost a family member now that I loved just as much that many people inside my relgion believe is a permanent goodbye. What do I do now to grieve, how do I comes to grips with the fact that my soul is going to live with this now for eternity. I believe that once I enter heaven my soul will be revived and I will be comforted by God and will no longer grieve for my loss. But unfortunatley right now this is little concelation. I just miss my little dog.

Is it fair, all you religious people, ..., for those of use who do not really know if God is or isn't (how can we tell? we can't see, hear, touch, taste or smell him, & who cares if there is a book called a bible, might be right, but could be compared to shakespear, or fortune tellers, etc, no-one knows for sure, MAN wrote the book too?)

But is it fair for an all loving & all knowing God (if he is indeed real) to utterly roast and murder an innocent atheist (if they would be willing to accept God were he proven to be real?)

How is it possible to love someone who will slay people for things they don't (or cannot) possibly know? How, how, how?

Would like your opinion pls?

Lets say, theoretically speaking, the mitochondrial DNA found in the tomb could be proven that it was Jesus, and that it was the family Tomb of Mary, Joseph, Jesus, Mary Mag. and Judah. Would this mean that since Jesus didn't die on the cross, no one is saved?

okay so i have to ask this , and i know there are many assumtions made by people that the bible never says, for instance, we assume that the "forbidden fruit is an apple" nowhere does it say that, my question is ,,,,,,jesus was crusified on the cross because the jews didn't think that he was the messiah etc etc,but then again it says he died for our sins, so is this another assumtion? note: i am a christian and do belive in god, i am just asking to see what everyones views are

I understand through myth and legends in astrology, Jesus would be a Pisces and Satan would be a Scorpio. God would probably have all signs, but if he had one sign what would it be? My thoughts are Libra.
