Where he dreamed the Pope and the Cardinals and Bishops and all the Church was on a big ship that was anchored between two huge pillars and on one was the Holy Eucharist and on the other was the Blessed Mother. There was a great war going on but, the other boats that were much smaller and shabbier were sinking and other boats that weren't the enemies but, were clearly other Church's were trying to anchor their boats to the big ship of the Church to escape damage. The other attacking boats were sinking and crashing and all kinds of stuff. Can you see this is happening now. Where other Church's have a problem with gay clergy and everything else the Orthodox part of their Church's are trying to come back to the Catholic Church being united under the Pope. It's kind of exciting really. What do you think?

Am a Christian by faith but what you are stating is unbelievable story from the old doctrines and cathetism of the Roman Catholic Church. That is not in the bible as your basis to be true.

Our second son finished his high scholl education in a Don Bosco School. Needless to say, he got a good education. Are you sure it was Don Bosco who had that vision? I heard that story from a Bishop. Here is what I found in answer to your question.

In his vision or dream which he is said to have had in his early boyhood, wherein it was disclosed to him what his life work would be, a voice said to him: "Not with blows, but with charity and gentleness must you draw these friends to the path of virtue." And whether this be accounted as nothing more than a dream, that was in reality the spirit with which he animated his Oratory.

But I never heard about your version before.

Yes and I know the vision of Don Corleone. He appears and makes you an offer you can't refuse!
