have a paper due, over what I believe about Soteriology, or the study of salvation. The questions are drawn from a catechism. There are 24 total questions within this paper that I will answer. On executive decision, I chose to post each of these on Answers! but.... I am going to do them about once each day. They will be titled "Soteriology - Q # ______ . " I am going to poast them, one each day, because I am hoping to get as many different people to answer these questions as possible. If you would like to answer all 24, search them through my name, and answer as many as you would like to. PLEASE BACK YOUR ANSWERS UP WITH REFERENCES TO SCRIPTURE, THOELOGICAL QUOTES, ETC. I want you to be as creative as possible, and I want as many people to participate as possible. Thank you for your participation! I do not want you to do my research. I want more opinions than just people I can find on my own. In a sense, think of it more as an interview.

"Believers, take neither Jews nor Christians for your friends." (Surah 5:51)
"Believers, do not make friends with any but your own people...They desire nothing but your ruin....You believe in the entire Book...When they meet you they say: 'We, too, are believers.' But when alone, they bite their finger-tips with rage." (Surah 3:118, 119)
Believers, make war on the infidels who dwell around you. Deal firmly with them." (Surah 9:121)

" IT " rules the world and its development,
" IT " has a plan and that plan is not always understood but its purpose is followed,
" IT " is often researched and believed in,
" IT " has caused and is causing and will cause conflicts and your surroundings are controlled by " IT " while you are alive on this earth.

Now what is " IT "............evolution, religion, time, the list is endless.

Wait 1 minute (refresh) before answering I am adding more.
God has made it this way. If I could prove every prophecy, account, and statement in the Bible to you then faith would not be the issue. In Gods infinite wisdom, He chose faith to be the “mechanism” to enter into a relationship with Him. Not faith in the sense that most people use the word, but faith directed in Gods provision. Faith is useless if it does not have an object, and the object must be sufficient to meet need of the one who believes. Faith is not peculiar, everyone has faith, and we all use it in some variety everyday. Christians chose to use their faith to believe in a God they cannot see, but based on what we consider to have been revealed to us by God we choose to believe in Him and His Son and Spirit. You may argue that believing in any god is pointless, foolish, or ignorant. For you it is, God made it that way. [Continued]

Both analogies fit – it’s a contagious disease because it is passed on from human to human like small pox and it’s a drug because some people are predisposed to become addicted to it and once hooked, they become dependant upon it. Oh and, it’s a drug because it controls children’s behavior like Ritalin.

It seems like there are widely varying opinions here about what 'persecution' actually means, so I'm just curious to see what everyone thinks.
