Do you have the faintest inkling how repugnant such a worldview is to anyone with a shred of genuine humanity?

The one who lists the most reasons (each one distinct) for two people to become married will get the 10 points.

(I'm asking this in R&S because I have frequently seen it said that marriage is a religious institution. However, I'm curious how many reasons for marriage are actually secular rather than religious, even among those who are believers.)

What is this beast?
A nation?
A person?
A kingdom?
Christians seem to have more then one view on this. I was wondering if any one could show me the meaning of the beast above mentioned.

Maybe some of them didn't care about this but why the leaders hardly want to have a fight with Muslim? Muslim only wants to protect what they have. Their children, family and their country.

A little carcasm as I roll my eyes, because most won't know the answer. Because your to busy being programed to beleive what ever your pastor tells you, but, anyways. Here's the question.
Is Jesus , God? but think about some points, before you answer. On the cross, jesus looked to heaven, asking his father to remove this cup from me. Who was he asking? When Jesus went off to prey alone, who was he preying too?, He wasn't preying to himself, that doesn't make much sense. And, oh, yes....when he died, he was dead for three days, well, he didn't ressurect himself. Some one else had to do it. Who was it? Jesus also, said "I must do the will of him that sent me, If he were God, he would not have said that! IT WOULDN'T HAVE MADE SENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Do any of you "trinitarians, have any more bright ideas?

In Canada and the Us crime is everyware We founded them on Christ, at least the US. But now alla budda, and so-on have moved in alters and palces of worship, not to our God, like the jews in Jerosalom when they put other Gods before him he was angry cus,, hes a Jellas God and drove, tore Jerosalm apart and when they came back to God Jerosalom prospered,,,think If we Christains ralleyed and tore down all the gods in Canada, and the US or anywhare else in the world, would God look down on his land and clean it up?? Just by taking down the gods..Less murder, rape, deviorse, suiside, hate, and so-on(God saying to himself this is my land should be rightous). instead of attacking homos, and abortion clinics, picket shrines to budda, and alla, or other gods, they R never pickeded... sorry for spelling.

For those of you tired of seeing the same questions over and over again, here's your chance to rant! (Honestly, does no one read the "similar questions" before posting their questions?) Or do you think this is fun, like me? I definitely love to try and get my point across, especially when I'm PMSing

I have seen it written on their site that he was a Pantheist. Is there any record of him stating the such. It seems like every religion wants a bit of Einstein so I don't know what to make of it.

On the right border of this page http://www.pantheism.net/ there is a listing of Pantheist and he is shown as one.

Do you find that he comes in handy for explaining everything you don't know anything about (abiogenesis, evolution, etc.) or for dealing with fear (of death), or is he just a substitute father who protects you and fights your battles for you?

I'm just trying to figure out if your God is a sort of convenient "filler", or a security blanket, or your imaginary daddy in the sky. It's in the way you talk, like, "You're gonna wish you never said that when Jesus comes" ("wait til your father gets home")

Do you guys have real fathers, or do religious leaders (mostly men) and God (male) and Jesus (male) just fill in?

I just found out an acquaintance of mine committed suicide. I knew he had been depressed because his own brother and uncle had committed suicide in the months prior. I saw him in October a couple weeks after his brother passed. We talked for several hours and I gave him some books of various sorts. He left me two voicemails a couple weeks later. One said he would "just see me on the other side." I called him right back and left a message. I didn't hear from him, but knew he was around. I have recently been meaning to get together with him, then it happened. He's gone. I feel I could have change this had I been persistent with him.

Death is an inevitable concomitant of multicellular life. Death is the price we pay for consciousness, music, poetry, and sex. Would you rather be a one-celled organism?
