This is the most ridicoulus thing I have ever heard. Either you are a servant of God or you are not.

Hbr 13:8 Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.

The word of God tells us through and through what needs to be done to receive the prize. In the very last book of the word of God says it all. YOUR OPINION DOES NOT MATTER and if you don't like it that is your problem. He will deal with you accordingly.

Rev 22:12 ¶ And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward [is] with me, to give every man according as his work shall be
Rev 22:13 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.
Rev 22:14 Blessed [are] they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

I am most certain that in the old testament we were told keep his commandments. The new testimony tells us this too. So much for new testament christians.

Ok, those who DO beleive in God, why do you beleive in him? Was it because you where told to? and those who DON'T beleive in God, why don't you and when did you decide not to?

(i'm not saying i don't beleive in God. I'm just confused if i do or don't...)

Why did god drown the whole world and kill everybody, just because they didn't do what he wanted? To me, that's not forgiving at all!

Unlike the churches of Christendom, they don't pass the plate, expecting a donation, and they have no rituals that you need to know about or participate in.

You can even bring and use your own Bible.

You don't have to miss your own church service as each Kingdom Hall has 3-4 congregations, and though you may not want to attend one in a language you don't speak, there are meetings throughout Sunday.

The Bible talk (not a sermon) last less than an hour.

So what is it that you fear most about going and seeing for yourself what it is like in a JW Kingdom Hall, or do you just fear the unknown?

Ok, let’s say that you wake up tomorrow and find yourself in a different room, on a foreign bed, and in a strange place.
A person then peeks into your room and starts to talk to you.
From what you gathered throughout the conversation, the year is really 9,237…

Not only that, but you were also merely a pawn in an experiment, to see how humans would react in this kind of situation/society/whatever etc.

Your entire life was a lie; it was a simulation. You realize you’re not in your familiar body. Your new(real) body is the exact opposite of your previous one. Hell, you aren’t even the same sex!
Anyway, this particular experiment involved religion.
This person tells you that your religion/belief is wrong.
Also, from what you gather, your least liked religion/belief is TRUE! (Ex; you are a Xian who HATES scientology)
It is also completely proven.

How would you react in such a situation?

Realize, you are answering this question without silliness, sarcasm, or ‘ZOMG MINE IS RIGHT!!!1

Do you believe that Jesus Christ died for our sins?

I hope you do!

This is a serious question.
My personal opinion is that the bible, of course, is an instrument of control. Perhaps when it first was published (or what the **** ever) it had some positive outlines in life. But in this day and age most of it is out dated. Somewhat classist, racist, sexist, and all working toward the 'idea' that some 'one' being knows whats best for thousands of generations to come.
When even that is hearsay and crap. I'm not saying that jesus wasn't a cool guy or whatever but he isnt even depicted as what he possibly really was (his nationality is what I'm getting at, plus all thee other fantastic elements of his personal life that we mere mortals know nothing of. His possible wife/sexuality)
ESPECIALLY since in history the only time you hear about religon, the bible or anything supposidly 'GODLY' there was a lot of social induced masscare, war, famine, genocide or whatever. As if a 'being of higher light' would actually impose any of this on it's fellow man. huh?

That is, why bother making anything count as a sin for humanity, if nothing is INHERENTLY right or wrong? Why, for example, did God decide to make disobedience a vice when by a mere act of will He could make it a virtue? Why not save Himself (and us!) a lot of trouble by just defining everything as 'good'? Your answer?

Come on now that just wouldnt be fair. If god is what you say he is, he should at least give these people a break. Its not their fault.
