I am a roman catholic in a highly protestant area. It seems like every girl i find a connection with is either Baptist or Methodist. I want any long term relationship i have to be with a woman of my own faith, but I feel like I am passing on some wonderful people. Should I change my attitude about dating outside of my religion?

Malachi 4:1-3 Malachi 4:1 "For behold, the day is coming, burning like a furnace; and all the arrogant and every evildoer will be chaff; and the day that is coming will set them ablaze," says the LORD of hosts, "so that it will leave them neither root nor branch." 2 "But for you who fear My name the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its wings; and you will go forth and skip about like calves from the stall. 3 "And you will tread down the wicked, for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet on the day which I am preparing," says the LORD of hosts.

Is sounds like the wicked are destoied on the earth surface, if they were not, how could anyone walk on their ashes? and it also seems that the wicked are not tormented forever like some say. To add to this idea of total distruction of the wicked, Ps. 37:10, 20, 36; Jude 7, Sodom and Gomorrah example of everlasting punnishment but they are not burning, maybe the results of the burning are everlasting not the burning

Three men died on Christmas Eve and were met by
Saint Peter at the pearly gates. "In honor of this
holy season" Saint Peter said, "You must each possess
something that symbolizes Christmas to get into heaven."

The first man fumbled through his pockets and
pulled out a lighter. He flicked it on. "It represents
a candle", he said.

"You may pass through the pearly
gates" Saint Peter said.

The second man reached into his pocket
and pulled out a set of keys. He shook
them and said, "They're bells."

Saint Peter said "You may pass through
the pearly gates".

The third man started searching desperately
through his pockets and finally pulled out a
pair of women's panties.

St. Peter looked at the man with a raised
eyebrow and asked,"And just what do those
symbolize?

The man replied," "These are Carols."

And So The Holiday Season Begins....

I was raised in the Roman Catholic faith and was taught to believe that it was the one true faith and one had to be a catholic in order to be saved. Does your religion teach you the same thing? Do you believe it.? I don't care what religion you are, Christian, Muslim, Hindu, I want to understand the hold religion has on its members.
