Back in those days? The Bible is revelant today and it is proper for instruction and training in righteousness.....As John 6:44 says "No one can come to Me, unless the Father DRAWS him and I will raise him up on the last day"

Maybe that meant back in those days. We (humanity) still had to be exposed to God and learn His ways, don't forget Jesus came for the NEW covenant! God I love God!:o]
I know I seek to know God, and the wisdom that was Jesus', and noone else's version of righteousness will do!

This particular verse is talking about a particular group of people at a particular time. Of course people seek God! He shows himself to those who ask Him to. I saught God, and asked Him to reveal Himself to me if he was there. He did. Are you seeking Him? He's patiently waiting.

People seek answers. They do this to make sense of their lives. They feel that it doesn't matter where they answers, just as long as they get them.
