This is something I've heard a lot of anti-gay Christians here say, and honestly, it baffles me. So it is ok for a man to be attracted to a man or a woman to be attracted to a woman, but if he or she acts out who he or she really is, it's a sin?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but dosn't that sound like a really miserable life? You'd be repressed, forced into a role you don't fit into, constantly ashamed of feelings that you can't control. You may be in love with one person, but because it is a sin to be with them, you must either be alone for your entire life, or else have a false, loveless relationship with someone else.
Does the Christian god really want people who are gay to be this unhappy? If so, what is the insintive for a gay person to follow the Christian god at all?
