No, I am NOT a member and don't want to be. But it's suprising how many members of the Klan or Aryan Nation or other racial hate groups are extremely religious. In view of Acts 10:34,35, how can any Christian convice himself that such beliefs would actually be acceptable to Jesus?

A KKK member can call himself a Christian and often does. Calling oneself a Christian and living a Christian life may be completely different things. Acts 10:34 says God accepts those who "do what is right." It is pretty evident that most klansmen are not doing what is right in God's eyes. It is a very common human fault that we are able to convince ourselves that our erroneous ways are right, not just in the area of the subject of your question.

Today the KKK has been greatly weakened as their views have become more and more radical. They consider themselves a Christian organization and base their doctrines upon their own reading of the Bible.

Christians call themselves Christians but may not be. We all label ourselves in one way or another. So if the KKK person wants to feel better they also can claim to be Christians. We live in a Christian nation and so lots of people call themselves

He loves even the ones who don't believe in him. He hates the sin that they do and wants all to come to him in repentance.

I know that believing in Jesus and what he did for us is the only way to go to heaven and have eternal life.

The Lord is not slow about keeping His promise as some people think. He is waiting for you. The Lord does not want any person to be punished forever. He wants all people to be sorry for their sins and turn from them. 2 Peter 3:9 (NLV)

People always try to go other ways to satisfy the spiritual hunger that only Jesus can fulfill.

I don't see how. When Jesus said to "go and make disciples of ALL nations". I don't see how kkk can be comfortable in such a diverse group. What is a Christian? A christian is a follower of Jesus. Is a racist following Jesus. don't think so

I am not a KKK either and no they are not Christians, because in addition to the scripture that you mentioned in Acts. John, Jesus favorite Apostle wrote in Revelations 7:9 under inspiration from Jesus in Heaven: these words " After there things I say a great crowd which no man could number, OUT OF ALL NATIONS, and TRIBES and PEOPLE and TOUNGS standing before the LAMB, dressed in white robes and there were palm branches in their hands. 10 and they kept crying out in a loud voice, saying: Salvation we owe to our God, who is seated on the throne, and to the Lamb of God.

So Jesus, said ALL nations, and I cannot imagination any individual person, from any Nation being aloud to stand in front of the Lamb of God while hating the fellow on the right or left side of him, can you?

Also read the gospels of Mathew and Luke, especially Mathew and see how many times Jesus took the PHARISEES to task for the same type of false worship, He called them vipers and Liars!

They can call themselves apples, but that doesn't make it so. Considering that white supremacists hate anyone not white, including Jews, it is not possible for them to be true Christians. Jesus was not only a Jew, He was King of the Jews. True Christians are to love our neighbours as ourselves, love our brothers and sisters in Christ and even love our enemies. There is only one race in the eyes of God and that's the human race. Remember the story of the good Samaritan? Samaritans were considered "half-breeds" by those who were complete Jews -half Jew and half Gentile. If you recall, Jesus showed no discrimination towards anyone but loved all people -Jews, Romans, Samaritans and even Canaanites in the land in those days.
A tree is known by the fruit that it bears. A good tree can not bear bad fruit and a bad tree can not produce good fruit. Many have claimed to be Christians that were not, as proved by their hatred towards others of the human race and their evil deeds. Many also claim to be true Muslims and kill innocent humans to prove their point. The Bible is very clear what happens to hypocrites and Jesus saved His stongest rebukes of judgement for hypocrites. There will always be goats amongst the sheep and tares amongst the wheat, until the Lord Jesus Christ Himself returns in judgement. The KKK may claim they have Biblical support, but they clearly do not. To persecute and hate the Jews -just to select a nationality that the KKK hates the most- is to attack the "apple of God's eye", His "chosen people" and to invite disaster upon yourself -as evidenced by every nation in history which has persecuted the Jews.

Anybody can CALL themselves Christian... but to actually BE one means they would>>> LOVE ALL humanity.
They pride themselves in (convince their own selves) thinking they're doing the RIGHT thing, thinking they are pleasing the Lord, but in reality, only pleasing their own and/or the devil's will... by hating others simply because of differences that they don't like.

They actually call it Christian Identity. It's basically the same as Christianity but it's a racialized theology. They believe that Anglo-Saxons were the original descendants of the lost tribes of Israel. It's basically their own religion.

Anyone can call themselves "christian" and not live it! I think a lot of people think they will be forgiven or it gets put into the wrong hands....kinda like the terrorists giving all the muslims a bad name. They believe and conceive it in a negative way when it was intended to bring peace and goodness into the world......but a lot of people do this everyday by hating gays and telling everyone that it is wrong. Again, this is not everyone....just as long as I make myself clear....there are a lot of great people out there who do not judge.

Some of the worst monsters in history called themselves Christians and believed it, just like Bin Laden thinks he's a good Muslim.
