Is it because you have interpreted this verse in such a way as to ignore Jesus spending his life from Baptism to Crucifixion to bring us a message. Isn't his message more important than his DNA.
" I am The Way, The Truth, and The Life; no man can come to the Father except through me". -- Jesus Christ (Jn. 14:6)
It seems that Jesus' message is the way, the truth, and the life.
It seems through me means "my message".
Jesus warned us that we should not worship him or consider him any different than others. remember, he called himself the "son of man". Jesus considered all people as the the Sons of God, but he referred him self as the son of man. Of course he said our father in Heaven, in his model prayer.
I suppose this is a loaded question. But I welcome disagreement based on something I have overlooked. I also welcome additional information supporting the importance of Jesus' message.
which is
Harmony is harmony.
Disharmony is the only sin against God.
