Serial Killer: "Ma’am, I’m sorry. I don’t know. I don’t understand what happened….It was a nightmare. I was tormented in my mind and in my spirit. My life was out of control at that time and I have nothing but regret for what happened.”

Parole Board: “What was this torment?”

Serial Killer: “It was just my mind was not focused right. I thought I was a soldier for the devil and all kinds of crazy things…I had things like the satanic bible that I was reading. I just got stupid ideas out of it. I’m not pushing the blame on anything. I take full responsibility, but I just – at the time things got twisted.”

1. While praying behind an Imam in Jamaat, do we have to recite Sura Fatiha in the 3rd or 4rth rakaah, or just stay quiet? Also what about in 1st and 2nd Rakaah of Juhr and Asr when Imam recite quietly?

2. What differentiates between 'Wajib' and "Sunna Muakkada"?

Helpful answers would be much appreciated, also if there are weblinks describing the matter. Thanks.

I see people who claim to talk to god.

That god talks back to them.

They claim to know what god wants because the one cult they chose to follow (out of over 200 on earth) has that god's word all scribbled down for everyone to read (and for none of the followers to agree upon, by the way).

They pretend that mumbling into their hands somehow transmits their messages and wants to their god, and that he's sitting "up there" somewhere taking notes...answering some mumblings, ignoring other mumblings. I saw a rodeo once, and when the rider dismounted, he thanked his god for a safe bull-ride. Why did he pretend that some god was doing that? Why does anyone? Is it a low self-esteem? An over-inflated ego making one think they know and talk with a god?

I know there is no logic or reasoning involved here. Does anyone have any idea why people pretend this way, or why they have these delusions?

So long Y!A regulars. I've decided to join the droves of those leaving this asylum to be run by the inmates.

If someone can prove god exists, I'll stay.

I've found these in a particular anti-Islam sites. This quoted phrase has been taken directly from the Quran.

If he denieth (Allah's guidance) ... We will seize him by the forelock. We will call the guards of hell.--

You see guys -- All 3 sentence is from 3 different phrases but these guys just put together all 3 and make a sentence to decieve others. Any guy could in turn use that and add in another lies whatsoever. Due to this other may not know what is the actual message is about.

That is exactly how the Bible have been tempered and decieved by millions of Christians. 80% of the bible has been tempered this way.

So can you proof to me i'm wrong?

Isn't God infallible? Doesn't he know all from the begining to the end? If so, how could he make such a mistake that has resulted in him having to murder millions of his chldren?
This is as per the Old Testiment.

Why does it worry people so much that humans probably have no purpose whatsoever? Why should we have anymore purpose than a blade of grass?

The Danish newspaper publications of Muhummed cartoons and the Islamic backlash that followed makes me wonder how the western world feels about our current freedoms to poke fun at religious icons or faith in general. Currently, in most of the west, we can make light of God, Jesus, Mohammed, Krishna, Bhudda and so forth. So, do you believe that freedom of speech should be limitless (aka, can we be free to offend) or do you think that mocking other's beliefs should be off limits and thusly illegal?

How is this possiable? Science answers so many questions....You can see science. In 5,000 years the sun will essentially blow up...We will be all dead. How do Christians explain that?Is God going to help us find away to not meet this doom? ;) I'm just a curious Christian who has taken way to many psychology/science classes. ;)

I am led to believe that priests will only give you absolution for,say murder, if you give yourself up?

When Von Stauffenberg went to confession, prior to the July plot, would you have absolved him of the deed which he was yet to carry out?

If he can't, then mean He isn't all-powerful. If he can, then there's something he can't do, which is pick up that rock - so again, he isn't all-powerful.

Give it your best shot, and let the justifications begin.

I have some of them right here. A collection from the posts I made in here:
Question: "Can you show me your God?"
Christian answers:
1. You can't see the air can you? (air is provable and testable, you can even measure and weigh air).
2. You can't see your brain can you? ( In an x-ray you can)
3. Prove to me he doesn't exist (oxymoron statement, you cannot prove fairies don't exist, they don't exist due to NO PROOF)
4. You are going to hell!!!! (One of my personal favorites...lol)
Can you think of anymore you might have heard or seen?

I don't know...it's a pretty broad question.
First of all, this question is supposed to be related to the Declaration of Independence, especially how we got our natural rights, including freedom of religion. But, when I think about it today, I don't know how to answer this question.
I mean, for Muslims today, you're allowed to have a mosque built, girls wearing hijab, holidays, halal restaurants, etc. But, with all the things going on right now, especially the misrepresentation of Islam, would there be freedom of religion for us?
And does freedom of religion also mean the respect for a religion? Are we getting respect from other people about Muslims and Islam?

Who decided that Jesus had to die brutally to save mankind. If God is God, why couldn't he come up with a better plan that didn't involve murder?
Please, no condesending holier-than-thou statements, just give me well-thoughtout intelligent answers. Thanks...

You're both sick, sadistic, god-bashing devil worshippers that do nothing but kill the weak and innocent and eat their innards. That's what I heard from a christian a few months back. Damn, and here was I thinkin that religious people were all sane, rational thinking people.....
