SURE...lol
They always will. That's what it is all about.
Will you bend to hold Faith? or bend to shed ridicule?
Be careful which way you bend. This is not a "flexible", belief system.

Yes, I have been ridiculed because I believe the Bible says what it means. I believe the entire Bible is the truth, though The old Testament and most of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John are part of the Old Law. That is what we are told in Colossians 2: and Ephesians 2:. When I attempt to talk to people about what the Bible says, they agree that is what it says, but "Don't you think" means more to most people than the Word of God.

Yes, they have. Some people think I'm evil just because I don't believe as they do.
Oh, sorry, you asked for Christians. I'm an atheist. Christians are the majority in this country. If they claim they are being oppressed, you have to take that with a huge grain of salt.

Yes. Usually, I get it from other Christians. I find it ironic that they pass such judgement. They don't know my heart nor do they know how devoted I am in my beliefs.
Edit: (And there are a few instances where they've heard rumors about my beliefs and assume that those rumors are true)

In my community? No
By my family members? Yes, and at one time in my life until they became believers because of my lifestyle as a believer. In other words,I didn't convert them. My life as an example did.
In this section? I have been called everything but a child of God and it only makes me stronger in my faith because of Jesus.
Great Question!

In a sense, I suppose. I’ve had people make assumptions about what I believe based upon their stereotypical views of Christians.

Always. I evangelize on a regular basis with strangers and it upsets some. But most are nice and listen and thank me afterward. So be encouraged and learn to share your faith biblically and effectively like Jesus did. Go here to do so www.wayofthemaster.com

If that is what you are going through right now, i would like to offer you this:
Jesus Christ:
1. said that people would despise you for the sake of His name
2. is worth being despised for
3. will never leave you nor forsake you. be encouraged
People will always attack you, sometimes intellectually (as demonstrated a lot on this site), sometimes maliciously (as demonstrated a lot on this site). Never doubt that it is worth it. Daniel, John the Baptist, Peter, Paul - JESUS - They would all attest to the fact that it is always worth it.
God Bless
