Father, Son, Holy Ghost. Ok I know that but are all three the same person or different. I was not raised Catholic but I now go to a Catholic church. I was raised there is a God and Jesus was his son and the holy spirit was Jesus after he died. I really want to understand the trinity as a Catholic because my husband and I want to raise our son Catholic.

I am a total christian. I go to church and try to stay with my beliefs of jesus and all the happenings in the bible. but sometimes I doubt jesus and the bible because I wonder "how did all these facts come to us to the generation today?" I mean really how did people come up with all it? could it be that some of the illustrations are opinions on history? anyway, I talked to my youth leader about god and I told her I had some doubts even though I have been saved and baptised. she gave me a book called "Doubting god?" I have started to read it and in one verse it said that even jesus' brother, james had doubts about him even wen he saw him face to face? how weird is that? I mean how can people believe him so well wen his brother couldnt? plz help me! I am so confused but I kno I believe he's there but how could all this happen? life is so compicating! HELP?!?

Let's assume God exists. What if he made this whole heaven and hell-thingy up to tease us? Or if he was just too lazy to build a heaven, but he told us, because he'd know it would make people believe in him much easier? What if our God is actually just a spoiled little kid from some sort of Daddy-God in another universe, who just wanted a little entertainment?

If Hitler's society, a majority, decided what was right and what was wrong, who were we to try and change their morality? After all, isn't it all a subjective matter only based in situational ethics?

I hate it when ppl say Christians are weak and that we use our religion as a crutch or "feel-good" tool.
My cousin recently passed away. He was NOT a Christian, and I don't believe he went to heaven (although I can't really pass judgement). This belief does not make me feel better about the afterlife. I would much prefer him to just cease to exist or float into the cosmos than be punished in hell.
Becoming a Christian means admitting you are not perfect- and that an innocent Christ took the punishment for your sins. This isn't an easy admission. It is a very painful concept to believe.

He was cheating on me sleeping with another girl and i was pissed. I got so upset i hit him across the face he hasnt talked to me since. I couldnt control anything and trust me im not one of those girls who takes advantage of the guys cant hit girls rule. Than im thinking about how i feel like **** when i should really be mad at him for sleeping with my neighbor! Am i right or wrong?
