Isaiah 19:21-25. And the LORD shall be known to Egypt, and the Egyptians shall know the LORD in that day, and shall do sacrifice and oblation; yea, they shall vow a vow unto the LORD, and perform it. And the LORD shall smite Egypt: he shall smite and heal it: and they shall return even to the LORD, and he shall be intreated of them, and shall heal them.

In that day shall there be a highway out of Egypt to Assyria, and the Assyrians shall come into Egypt, and Egyptians into Assyria, and the Egyptians shall serve with the Assyrians. In that day shall Israel be the third with Egypt and with Assyria, even a blessing in the midst of the land.

Whom the LORD of Host shall bless, saying, "Blessed be Egypt my people, and Assyria the work of my hands, and Israel mine inheritance.

I visualize (from a global standpoint) Egypt, Israel & Syria in thirds. That (in the future) the other nations in the area become states within these three nations.

First, I apologize for the long question.

Let's assume there are two types of people: the believers and the non-believers, with thousands of subcategories of each.

In life, noone can know what happens after death or if God exists. Therefore, every person in life is just trying to have a belief based on nothing that will comfort them and provide motivation.

The believers of Christianity and or what-have-you will say that they are motivated by the fact that are to be judged one day and want to live a good life and dead relatives watch over them, while atheists are motivated by human achievement, the fact that Jesus is not going to one day come and end the world, that we will not one die and God will say life was pointless, it was just a test to see if you were worthy of Heaven, that your accomplishments to change the world for the better mean something.

Can't we all just be tolerant and get along, knowing that noone knows and we just want to do what is right for us?

No Bible quotes!

If God came back to Earth and apologised to everyone, revealing that he was just an alien scientist who stuffed up big-time with the big-bang in a laboratory experiment that went terribly wrong, and it’s just taking ages getting around the universe trying to cleanup things.

He pleaded with everyone to stop believing in him as some sort of God and just get on with your lives as there was nothing after you passed away. He was just trying to put the universe back together again, just cleaning up, and all the residual mess, humanity included would just be bottled up once again.

What would you do?

I've seen so many come to the Lord over the years and I've never once believe someone who said: "There is no God" they say that but they do know. That's why they come to every Christian Chat..here on Religion..they know. They will sit there forever saying they are no more than a land rat...but they know. When they get converted they all say that...I really did believe but I tried my best to find reasons not too...I wanted a free pass...but they all hang out where Christians do...they love to tell us how they can" think on their own" as if they are a big boy or girl...see I can think...look at me. They aren't fooling anyone.

Do you agree?

I can't understand why so many people have a problem with gay marriage. I know the bible says it is wrong, but not everyone believes in the bible. I don't see christians trying to make it illegal for buddist or pegans to be married(the bible says they should not even live). They beleive differently. Should atheist not be allowed to marry because they don't beleive in the bible? If you don't understand why they want to be married so what? You are not the one that has to understand. If you don't want to see it or it makes you sick, don't go to the wedding. Without quoting the bible or giving any religious reason, why do you think gay marriage is wrong?

I want to get a tattoo about change cause my life is always changing but I haven't figured out how to express it. I thought it would be nice to find a passage or sentence that spoke about change in the bible and then I could get an idea or get the passage itself.

This makes about as much sense as saying that there is such a thing as free will and at the same time it was prophecied that Jesus would arrive.

I figure Satan will keep coming back to Earth and starting his Kingdom of Satan over and over again.

Likely candidates include:
Gabriel
Jesus
Muhammad
Michael
Dobial
Urial
King David
King Solomon
Ghandi
Abraham
Ishmael
Moses

I suggest only guessing REAL PEOPLE instead of perhaps THOR or HARRY POTTER, but I am taking all guesses. What do you think about it? Who wants to get involved?

Restoration of Israel acording to God (Genesis 15:18). To come to the truth about Yeshua Messiah (Zechariah 12:10). Peace in Jerusalem. Enemies get defeated (Psalms 68; Isaiah 41:11).

There are 5 to 6 billion people on the earth. Of these, only 2.2 are Christian. Of these, only about 390 million are Protestants. Of these, obviously only a small number are born again. As one goes back in time, the percentage of believers decrees to zero about 2000 years ago. Before that, there were no Christians at all. Do you think less then about 1% of everyone who ever lived will make it to heaven?

I think one of the biggest problems biblical Christians and other groups have with the idea of gay marriage is that marriage in many cultures and religions has a very specific definition of being between a man and a woman. But many people who do not support gay marriage still think they should have equal rights like everyone else, but not to redefine what is marriage. So why dont gays just call it something else - garriage. It seems simple but would solve a lot of problems.

"Hi mom. Guess what Im getting garried."

What the Bible says about Religious Tolerance

Deuteronomy 13:6-10
If thy brother, the son of thy mother, or thy son, or thy daughter, or the wife of thy bosom, or thy friend, which is as thine own soul, entice thee secretly, saying, Let us go and serve other gods, which thou hast not known, thou, nor thy fathers; Namely, of the gods of the people which are round about you, nigh unto thee, or far off from thee, from the one end of the earth even unto the other end of the earth; Thou shalt not consent unto him, nor hearken unto him; neither shall thine eye pity him, neither shalt thou spare, neither shalt thou conceal him: But thou shalt surely kill him; thine hand shall be first upon him to put him to death, and afterwards the hand of all the people. And thou shalt stone him with stones, that he die.

2 Chronicles 15:13
Whosoever would not seek the LORD God of Israel should be put to death, whether small or great, whether man or woman.

Mark 16:16
He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.

First of all thank you for visiting this question. Now coming back to the point, almost all of the mankind is after peace or happiness. Differentiate between the two. Or do you believe that both are one and the same? Please put forth your views in detail. And I request everybody to keep in mind that this is not a religious question, so please exclude the topic of religion and religious books. I thank everyone in advance. Good luck to you all.
