Doctors or interns don't have the time to do all that socializing. On those shows the doctors do all the work, and you hardly see the nurse. Doctors and nurses are too busy to get emotionally involved with the patient, plus doing so can cause problems. An over zealous doctor, can cause lots of problems.

I have yet to see one medical drama show that is spot on.

A nurse at my job (while on break) commented that she doesn't know how some nurses are never busy. They have time to read magazines and our done with their charting hours before the shift ends, while she hasn't even had time to pass out her meds.

I also noticed that some CNAs have time to sit around, while some don't. I also worked in retail, and I was always busy, while some are never busy.

Are some people not productive enough? What are they doing that is so efficient that they have all this free time on their hands?

Chocolates are discarded just because they are mis-shapes. Do people really care what shape they are? Why aren't they being sold as mis-shapes? Or given away? Anything rather than waste valuable food resources as fuel? Corn, too, is being used as fuel while people are going hungry.

what a mother is to do with her baby and no support from anyone at all? what is this world coming to? we work so hard to keep ourselves on the tippy top with our kids.. and all people could do is very ignornantly critizce and abuse us to death and then expect us to 'just deal with it' and be 'super mom' 'on point with everything'.. people are so full of **** and i hate people.. god somebody help me and my baby boy get out of this ghetto 'retarded' place.. i dont know who invnted the name philadelphia but it philadelphia has been nothing but a ghetto disrespectful place to me from the beggining and then no one even goes to jail for what they done.. but then they have the nerves to call me irresponsible? what the hell???

I've found that 40 to 50 year olds are the best store clerks. They are more attentive and listen to your needs. The young people seem too busy discussing their social life with each other to help customers, and when you insist on their attention, they only sigh and roll their eyes, like helping you is a really a big bother and interruption.
