Even when it's bad?

Or is that just the pyro in me?

I'm not sayig it can't be bad, or devestating, or really serious. There are times not to take it lightly. It's certainly not always good, just always fun, or "attracting"...can't explain why.

It's just the pyro in you!

I was a firebug as a kid. Loved making little fires out in the yard, burning leaves, making campfires, and lighting fireworks. Even got my hands on some magnesium ribbon one time and had hours of fun burning it.

I think its a primitive instinct of mankind to be drawn to the warmth, light, comfort, and perceived safety of fire that continues to attract people to it today.

I can spend hours just relaxing in front of the fireplace, enjoying the heat and watching the flames dance around the fireplace.

And, yes, even as an adult, I love the 4th of July and always get a big stash of fireworks and have a huge party on the 4th. Of course, I don't just use the fireworks on the 4th, they're fun to use anytime of the year.

It's not fun. Ask the people in California that have lost their homes. Ask the firefighters that are working 'round the clock to get them under control. Ask a firefighter that has had to carry out a body from a fire just to discover that it is not alive. Fire has it's purpose and has helped mankind but I don't think it would be considered fun.

It's dangerous and only just controllable and that's the excitment from watching and trying to maintain or feed it's energy! Why do people have bonfire parties?!

Becausse of its bright colors, full force of heat and potential to do much anhilation. It also has a way of making things smell potent.

well everyone shares a curiosity to see things burn. I myself want to see a bug or a roach be set on fire lol. so my advice is you probably are curious...satisfy it by playing around with safety percussions and an adult...don't do anything stupid! =) have fun
