I have my first ever interview tomorrow and i have no idea what to wear, what to say or what they are going to ask, any tips or usual things you get asked at a job interview would be so so so helpful.

It came out many years ago and caused a big stir. It was about 900 pages long and essentially claimed that people can be ranked in order of intelligence by race. The authors claimed that overall, in terms of "smarts" folks could be ranked : #1 Asian #2 white #3 black.
Let me say at the outset I think their theory was ridiculous.
But something I noticed - in all the zillions of angry rebuttals, reviews, interviews, etc., not ONE I read even mentioned the main claim of the book - that Asians are naturally smarter than all others. Not a single person mentioned it or complained. The vast majority felt the book/theory was anti-black. Nothing was said about the claim of Asian superiority.
Isn't it just as bad (and racist) to claim that Asians are smarter as it is to claim that blacks are not as smart? Or is it because some people think it's ok to accept a stereotype that is positive? Seems to me a racist sterotype/theory is bad no matter who it's aimed at.

i just answered and read replys to a question that read "why do black people always start fights in school??" some of the answers to me are racist and ignorant. My students at school (I'm a teacher) said they would rather be dead than old. Why?

A Japanese student was sad. She said that in her family her old grandmother was respected and always asked for advice.

In Kenya, Africa where I grew up elders educated the young were in charge, and were respected The young people happyily looked forward to being respected elders

Here in Australia Aboriginal tribal elders were also respected.
A true-blood Aboriginal said young men travelled far, carried out brave deeds, did good deeds etc as part of life so that they could tell tales when they became elders even though life was tough. Now the Aboriginal full blood said that young half white men roamed city streets, drunk and useless. He said they seemed to want death and were incredibly dis-respectful to their elders.
There is a movement to get young aboriginals to return to their old ways Some Aboriginal towns have gone dry - banning all alcohol and have put the Grannies in charge

Ok first off I love all women I don't agree with this but I keep hearing from all my buddies that foriegn women let alone asian and latin with the exception of some pacific island women do it best. One quote I heard from a friend of mine who is dating an asian women says- " American Women can be sooo backstabbing.They will lie and scheme and will ruin another man's reputation on purpose. I read in Company magazine, that men find it extremely sexy when a woman is well spoken and has a strong English accent. It apparently really turns them on. I am one of those women (well I'm a girl), and no one has ever implied anything of the sort!!! XD

It's like skinny dipping or licking a slug just to see what it taste like or standing in the pouring rain and getting absolutely soaking wet while chewing on a rose petal. I do'nt see enough of this kind of thing in humanity so am just trying to call you out.

Loads of adults drink alcohol but why is it so famous? Whats so good about drinking it? why choose alcohol when you can choose soda? what makes it so good?
