is it true that back in the early 1930's they made marijuana illegal because alot of Mexicans and African Americans were smoking it?? Thats what my teacher said.

I, personally, wish it would just stop. I don't think the few moments of happiness surpass the rest of the days that just eh and not worth it. Maybe it's just me. No matter what i know that i must continue my life because it would be against my religion to do anything stupid, and because i dont have the balls to do it anyway.

This morning about 4am I was awakened by noise next door at my mom's home. I grabbed a pistol and went over. There were two young men 18-20 breaking in. They had smashed the windows on the back door but could not get in, so they were attempting to enter a bedroom window. I approached and shouted for them to stop. They both turned and started towards me. I fired a shot into the ground at the closest mans feet. Both stopped. I told them to put their hands up, and they did. My wife was calling the police. While we waited for the police, the two men began to separate themselves, or put distance between them in order to make it hard for me to watch them. I fired a second round at the closest mans feet. The other man ran into the dark. I backed away because I could not see him. Then the second man ran away. I could have killed them both, easily. Would you have killed them? One was white and one was black. My mother (80) is traumatized. Should I have taken their lives?

A few nights over the last week, I have had sex dreams about my best friend. We are both girls, and i do not think of her that way what so ever. The dreams have been different each time, but it is only her and I. They are really starting to concern me, since it has happened more than once in a very short period of time. We have been friends for about ten years and this is the first time this has ever happened. Before people go questioning our sexuality, she is very much straight. I am bi, but like i said, i don't like her like that. we are way too good of friends and she isn't really my type. So, why does it keep happening?

I think that too much power is the reason for war. People with power abuse it, people without power do all they can to try and gain it. Too much power is evil. It boost's our ego and we get to full of ourselve's. What i've learned is that people with to much power don't know what to do with it anyway. Why do the rich get rich and the poor get poorer? It upset's me to see all this war when we could be using our time and effort's to try and make it a better world for us all to live in. Instead, we just want to fight each other. What about saving the dying children in Africa? We are all equal and it just upset's me to see the people that can make a difference would rather not and just think of themselve's. Money is evil fullstop. Money is the devil's work and it is taking over. We need to tell the children of tommorrow that money is'nt everything, and a simple pure loving heart is all you need. If we lived in a world with more loving and caring people then what a nice world it would be!!

Why does our culture show sex as vulgar and nasty and only for people who look like models. Why is it so twisted here in the U.S.? I mean is it just simply money and leftovers from the Puritan times or what is it? It certainly isn't healthy for young people!!!!

Why is it that people in the past seem to be stronger and seem to have been far more brave then people now.

Example: Spartans, Ancient Rome, Ancient Greeks, and just about everyone else in the past.

The buildings people made in the past are amazing they had to have been very smart to make them with the limited technology they had.
The engineering behind them is just as advanced as todays.

Plus its hard enough remembering the formulas for math imagine having to invent them.

Me and my friend,which is black, were at the grocery store and her mom,her, and I walked past a white lady's basket and her little boy said "I don't like black people cause you told me not to." And after we got out of the store she started crying asking about people would say something like that.I dont know how to react because i'm white but what do you think?

Many people seem to think that is you have the same bits and bobs there is nothing really to look at, as you all look the same - well obviously not if you are the same sex, but you get me right?
I have been brought up without that philosphy so I feel weird when I am other guys and they are walking around in the boxers etc.
What do you think?

Hi, i've noticed for some time now that many other people seem jealous of Japan's success.
I know that its probably because of their popularity based on their advanced technology and unique culture and lifestyle, but most people try and say stuff like, they wouldn't be where they are now if we hadn't thrown bombs on them which i think is complete bull ****.
I'm not japanese but i've always admired their unique country and i also love their gadgets and so i think that Japan should at least get a bit of respect from even the envious ones.
